Southern Water wanted to increase job fills from within the company in order to aim to fill roles that were hard to fill. They felt the best way to go would be to encourage people from within the company to refer people.

 

Working with Southern Waters recruitment company, Matchtech, I designed a poster that would be friendly, bold and encouraging for people to refer their friends and people they knew so we could aim to fill some hard job roles.

 

The poster needed to have charm due to the lack of referral incentive.
